At A to Z Designs, every item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or handcrafted, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the unique nature of handmade and personalized products, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom orders

  • Personalized items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Customized money banks

  • Personalized beadables

  • Special event or bulk orders

These items are created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Upon review, A to Z Designs may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund

at our discretion.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
